The Local Growth Lead will develop and scale Honey Homes' growth strategies through local partnerships, community engagement, and creating a measurable acquisition engine to drive member growth.

Run 45-minute in-home walk-thrus with warm, pre-qualified leads to explain membership, capture tasks in the app, and book the first handyman visit. Do 5-6 visits daily in San Jose, follow a proven sales playbook, handle objections, document notes and handoffs, and self-source roughly 30% of leads. Requires driving throughout the region and close collaboration with marketing and inside sales.
