Own post-sales relationships for a portfolio of SaaS accounts, drive adoption and outcomes with technical sponsors, run and scale onboarding and lifecycle events, produce reusable enablement content, represent customers to Engineering and Product, and partner regionally to grow the business while keeping current on Honeycomb products.

The Senior Revenue Accountant will manage revenue accounting processes, ensure compliance with GAAP and ASC 606, handle customer billing, and support financial audits while collaborating with various teams.
