Provides associate-level administration and quality oversight for counseling and mental health programs. Represents the organization before policymakers, coalitions, funders, and community partners; develops policy positions and advocacy materials; expands inclusive employment and education opportunities; aligns related programs; supervises staff; supports the executive team and board committee; and manages departmental planning, budgets, and reporting.

Provides case management and rehabilitation services to people with mental health needs and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include client assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, medication education, benefits coordination, advocacy, counseling, group services, community resource networking, representative payee duties, and electronic documentation for billing. The role involves extensive local driving and transporting clients, field-based service delivery, and collaboration with healthcare providers, families, law enforcement, and social service agencies.

Provides individual and group support to adults with developmental disabilities in community settings. Facilitates community participation, relationship-building, skill development, transportation, advocacy, and consumer-driven activities. Implements behavioral intervention plans, coordinates programming, completes documentation and incident reports, maintains professional relationships, and serves as a mandated abuse reporter. The role involves extensive local travel, physical activity, flexible scheduling, and independent as well as team-based work.

The role requires strong computer, research, organizational, communication, compliance, and data-management skills.

Provide psychiatric assessments, medication management, and diagnosis for developmentally disabled patients with mental health disorders. Document care in the EHR, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, consult on treatment plans, and produce written reports and court documents as needed. Deliver services via telehealth and in-office, and maintain Medicare/Medi‑Cal billing eligibility.

Provide direct support, training, and supervision to people with developmental disabilities. Develop individualized plans and curricula, document progress, ensure safety and compliance, transport clients to community activities, assist with activities of daily living, and coordinate with families and staff.

Provide community-based group and individual support to adults with developmental disabilities and mental health needs per individualized plans. Facilitate community participation, transport clients, develop activities, advocate, document care and incidents, implement behavioral interventions, coordinate programming, act as mandated reporter, and maintain professional relationships.

Provide 1:1 early intervention services to infants and toddlers with special needs through home visits, assessments, goal-setting, documentation, family support, collaboration with agencies, and meeting productivity targets.

Provide individual and group community support per consumers' Individualized Personal Plans: develop community participation opportunities, transport and accompany clients, implement behavioral intervention plans, document incidents and progress, advocate for consumers, coordinate programming, and maintain professional relationships with families and community members.

Provide community-based individual and group support for people with developmental disabilities per individualized plans. Lead curriculum development and staff training, develop activities and behavioral support plans, transport and advocate for clients, complete documentation and incident reports, mentor staff, run meetings, assist with ISPs, serve as mandated reporter and act as back-up to the program coordinator.
