Provide community-based individual and group support for people with developmental disabilities per individualized plans. Lead curriculum development and staff training, develop activities and behavioral support plans, transport and advocate for clients, complete documentation and incident reports, mentor staff, run meetings, assist with ISPs, serve as mandated reporter and act as back-up to the program coordinator.

Provide psychiatric assessments, medication management, and diagnosis for developmentally disabled patients with mental health disorders. Document care in the EHR, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, consult on treatment plans, and produce written reports and court documents as needed. Deliver services via telehealth and in-office, and maintain Medicare/Medi‑Cal billing eligibility.

Provide direct support, training, and supervision to people with developmental disabilities. Develop individualized plans and curricula, document progress, ensure safety and compliance, transport clients to community activities, assist with activities of daily living, and coordinate with families and staff.
