Partner with division leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling. Prepare accruals, cost-benefit analyses, and regular financial reports, communicate results to leadership, and identify process improvements while maintaining financial controls.

Designs, develops, tests, deploys, maintains, and supports enterprise software applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, APIs, and related technologies. Owns application performance, reliability, scalability, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Serves as a technical subject matter expert, contributes to architecture and technology decisions, partners with DevOps on CI/CD automation, and mentors engineers. Collaborates with business stakeholders, product owners, vendors, and project teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

This role focuses on enterprise risk management, capital strategy, and strategic growth by partnering with actuarial and finance teams to support data-informed decisions.
