Lead Appian software development teams, scope and design business solutions, guide Agile scrum delivery, and mentor junior developers. The role requires Appian implementation leadership, database and systems integration expertise, advanced SQL and database knowledge, requirements discovery, data modeling, BPM application design, code reviews, and technical solution architecture. US citizenship and CompTIA Security+ certification are required.

Develops and sustains enterprise software applications using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and low-code/no-code technologies. Translates business and system requirements into application designs, specifications, integrations, and code. Collaborates with business analysts, systems architects, and designers to implement third-party applications and APIs. Supports testing, documentation, reporting, and lifecycle management. The role requires experience with BPMN-based automation, agile development, Microsoft technologies, APIs, and MuleSoft development.

Supports information collection and organization for manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports. Edits technical and customer-facing documentation, assists with financial and administrative tasks, and maintains systems, operations, and procedural documentation libraries. Collaborates remotely with project managers, requirements analysts, Scrum Masters, developers, testers, and government stakeholders in Agile ceremonies while complying with CUI and cybersecurity requirements.
