Lead the vision, roadmap, and business strategy for a cybersecurity company’s agentic data platform, including DBaaS, asset and attack graphs, APIs, ML infrastructure, training data, governance, reliability, and FinOps. Partner with engineering, finance, executives, and go-to-market teams to drive platform adoption, customer value, cost efficiency, revenue, and technical scalability. Define requirements, metrics, investment cases, and cross-functional execution plans for foundational data and machine learning capabilities.

Own the vision, roadmap, commercial performance, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy for Horizon3’s NodeZero Threat Hunting product. Partner with Attack, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to develop the offering from prototype through general availability. Define exposure-driven threat hunting, build technical capabilities around telemetry and detection logic, drive adoption and retention, enable sales teams, and track ARR, attach rates, engagement, and customer value.

Own the vision, strategy, financial performance, and roadmap for Horizon3’s remediation, assessment, and inventory experiences. Lead unified configuration, scheduling, authorization, inventory, remediation, and ITSM workflows across product teams. Partner with engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Precision Defense to drive adoption, retention, expansion, and the hack-fix-verify experience. Define metrics, pricing, packaging, business plans, and cross-functional requirements while ensuring offense and defense capabilities deliver a cohesive customer journey.

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, reporting experience, compliance mappings, and commercial performance for NodeZero’s compliance and reporting capabilities. Translate penetration-testing findings into audit-ready evidence and executive reporting across major regulatory frameworks. Partner with engineering, design, GRC, sales, marketing, customer success, legal, and executives to drive product delivery, adoption, monetization, renewals, and compliance-led expansion.

Own the strategy, roadmap, operating model, customer experience, and growth of NodeZero Rapid Response. Lead threat intelligence prioritization, exploitability validation, customer relevance analysis, automation, reporting, integrations, adoption, and go-to-market execution. Partner with engineering, researchers, security teams, sales, marketing, and customer success to help organizations identify and remediate emerging exploitable vulnerabilities quickly.

Lead the strategy, roadmap, and growth of Horizon3’s Tripwires threat detection and deception product. Own detection fidelity, deployment coverage, alerting, integrations, dashboards, analyst workflows, customer insight, and commercial outcomes. Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Security teams to deliver precise, low-noise alerts and integrate Tripwires with SOC response workflows. Define product metrics, influence executive direction, and guide launches and adoption.

The Staff Product Designer will design innovative user interfaces and experiences for cybersecurity products, collaborating with customers and engineers to improve usability and accessibility, while managing a design system and conducting user research.

Conduct research at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, and computer systems. Formulate research questions, design experiments, build prototypes, evaluate AI and security methods, analyze real-world security data, and communicate findings through reports, presentations, and potential publications. The role combines research with practical engineering and offers mentorship while developing independence.

Own moderate-to-large projects from technical design through rollout, develop APIs and distributed services, create modern web experiences, and ensure reliability, observability, and maintainability. Build and operate the platform powering autonomous defensive agents, including durable workflows, tool and connector frameworks, safe-change pipelines, tenant isolation, ETL, GraphQL services, observability, and audit trails. Develop React and TypeScript operator interfaces with WebSocket streaming for long-running workflows. Partner with AI researchers and security teams to productionize agent capabilities safely across thousands of customer tenants.

Set technical direction for enterprise platform services supporting licensing, entitlements, account administration, onboarding, provisioning, notifications, and partner workflows.
