Advises on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, performance, succession, employee relations, manager development, and organizational change. Uses workforce and engagement data to inform decisions, collaborates with Finance and People Operations on headcount and scalable programs, and supports globally distributed teams in a high-growth remote environment.

Lead NodeZero’s growth product strategy across onboarding, activation, provisioning, trials, product-led growth, expansion, retention, and monetization. Own the customer journey from signup through first pentest and broader adoption. Define roadmaps, metrics, experiments, and self-service experiences while partnering with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and channel partners. Improve activation, conversion, time to value, retention, expansion, and ARR through analytics-driven product development.

Lead the vision, roadmap, and business strategy for a cybersecurity company’s agentic data platform, including DBaaS, asset and attack graphs, APIs, ML infrastructure, training data, governance, reliability, and FinOps. Partner with engineering, finance, executives, and go-to-market teams to drive platform adoption, customer value, cost efficiency, revenue, and technical scalability. Define requirements, metrics, investment cases, and cross-functional execution plans for foundational data and machine learning capabilities.
