Provide onsite and remote IT support for hybrid and distributed employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, network connectivity, accounts, identity access, collaboration tools, conference room equipment, and peripherals. Manage help desk queues, onboarding and offboarding, device provisioning, endpoint management, asset tracking, documentation, and escalations. Partner with Security and IT Engineering on device compliance and access controls while maintaining accurate records and a strong customer-service focus.

Lead the platform product portfolio for NodeZero to ensure enterprise readiness, scalability, reliability, security, and extensibility. Own roadmap for performance, reliability, integrations/APIs, enterprise features (RBAC, SSO/SCIM, multi-tenancy), SLAs/SLOs, and MSP/MSSP capabilities while partnering with Engineering, SRE, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to drive metrics, customer validation, and delivery.

Lead the strategy, roadmap, and growth of Horizon3’s Tripwires threat detection and deception product. Own detection fidelity, deployment coverage, alerting, integrations, dashboards, analyst workflows, customer insight, and commercial outcomes. Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Security teams to deliver precise, low-noise alerts and integrate Tripwires with SOC response workflows. Define product metrics, influence executive direction, and guide launches and adoption.
