Provide inbound phone and case support to Houzz Pro customers, resolving SaaS and subscription questions, handling cancellations/refunds, training via Zoom, maintaining KPIs, escalating complex issues, and referring upsell opportunities to appropriate teams.

Lead global SEO and AEO strategy across Houzz's consumer and B2B SaaS products. Own SEO product optimization, content marketing, technical SEO, keyword and competitor research, reporting, engineering sprints, and team mentorship. Drive organic acquisition for AI-driven search (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) and measure impact of initiatives.

Lead technical accounting, financial reporting, and accounting operations globally. Own U.S. GAAP research, policy, and audit-ready documentation; manage close, payroll, O2C, reconciliations, and multi-currency consolidation; strengthen controls and SOX readiness; build and coach a high-performing accounting team; drive process standardization, automation, and practical AI adoption; partner with Finance, Legal, Tax, auditors, and executive leadership on complex accounting matters.
