Develop on-device firmware and system software for connected HP devices using C, C++, or Python. Build wireless connectivity, discovery, and pairing protocols; optimize machine learning inference on resource-constrained devices; develop sensing algorithms; debug system and application issues; and collaborate with hardware and software teams on design, testing, validation, code reviews, and documentation.

Lead day-to-day IT support operations including endpoint lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding, inventory and procurement, and SaaS administration. Serve as senior escalation for complex macOS/Windows and identity issues, improve processes and documentation, manage specialized assets, and partner with finance/legal/security to ensure accurate, secure IT workflows and strong employee experience.

Work on low-level systems software close to hardware, using C and C++ to optimize performance, memory usage, resource management, data and sensor pipelines, build systems, and system reliability. Debug complex system-level issues, collaborate with firmware and electrical engineering teams, and own a technical project through implementation, testing, and evaluation.
