Source, recruit, pre-screen, and onboard Independent Service Providers (ISPs) for final-mile home delivery. Conduct on-site recruiting, job fairs, and outreach; validate DOT/MC authority, insurance, and operational readiness; complete background checks and documentation; maintain records in Tenstreet; and travel to customer distribution centers (≈75% travel).
