Supports commercial insurance account management by servicing client inquiries, preparing certificates, policy changes, renewals, quotes, proposals, and premium financing. Maintains accurate account records, audits policies and endorsements, assists with carrier marketing and premium collection, and provides professional service to clients and business partners while meeting production and retention goals.

The Assistant Account Manager supports account management by handling inquiries, service work, policy changes, and client presentations to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
