Manages employee benefits client accounts, develops strategic benefits plans, coordinates renewals and implementations, analyzes insurance plans and market results, negotiates with carriers, resolves complex service issues, oversees enrollment and compliance materials, and maintains strong client and carrier relationships. Advises clients on benefits strategies, funding alternatives, regulatory changes, benchmarking, and available resources while partnering with producers, analysts, vendors, and internal teams.

Supports commercial insurance account management by servicing client inquiries, preparing certificates, policy changes, renewals, quotes, proposals, and premium financing. Maintains accurate account records, audits policies and endorsements, assists with carrier marketing and premium collection, and provides professional service to clients and business partners while meeting production and retention goals.

Manages a personal lines insurance book of business, supporting client service, renewals, marketing, policy transactions, account documentation, and carrier relationships. Analyzes coverage options, resolves service, billing, and claims issues, negotiates with carriers, prepares proposals and reports, conducts client meetings, and identifies cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. Requires strong organization, communication, insurance knowledge, and independent decision-making.
