Manage and expand an assigned commercial insurance book by building client relationships, overseeing account management, coordinating carrier marketing and risk control, supporting Producers, conducting annual reviews, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring compliance and high-quality service delivery.

Manage a book of commercial insurance accounts, provide client and carrier service, coordinate renewals and value-added risk services, resolve complex policy issues, support producers, mentor junior staff, and maintain accurate account records and reports.

Manage a book of personal-lines insurance accounts, serve as client primary contact, handle policy transactions, retention, and cross-selling. Liaise with carriers and underwriters, resolve service/claims issues, prepare reviews and reports, and support less experienced staff while maintaining accurate account records and meeting production goals.
