Builds methodologies, drives organizational change, and develops product management capabilities across the agency.

Provides strategic and tactical leadership across a client portfolio, serving as a senior client advisor and managing account operations, relationships, profitability, growth, and delivery quality. Leads large cross-disciplinary teams, develops engagement strategies, oversees statements of work and budgets, expands executive relationships, and drives new business pitches and contract negotiations. Partners with internal leaders to deliver high-quality digital, creative, and technology engagements while building long-term client partnerships.

Leads business and customer experience transformation for major brands and enterprises. Develops growth strategies, financial models, AI use cases, digital transformation roadmaps, product propositions, and value-realization frameworks. Advises C-suite and board stakeholders, oversees multidisciplinary teams through product and service launches, supports major pitches and business development, and helps expand the firm’s strategic consulting capabilities.
