Creates digital and print graphics for social media, advertising, internal initiatives, and client accounts. Designs and updates web pages, develops polished presentation decks, adapts creative assets across platforms, edits short-form video, and maintains brand consistency. Manages files and handoffs independently while using AI tools to improve design workflows. The role requires strong visual fundamentals, self-management, responsiveness to feedback, and the ability to work across multiple brands.

The Head of Business Development will lead the commercial strategy for AI solutions, focusing on direct sales, designing commercial models, and recruiting BD talent while ensuring alignment with product-market fit.

Lead and build your own venture within Human Agency, set evaluation frameworks for projects, and integrate AI in all developments.

As AI Resilience Fund Manager, you'll establish and manage a fund focused on resilient investments, lead fundraising, and advise investors on navigating challenges created by AI and economic shifts.

As a Venture Executive, you will run a venture with full accountability for product direction, customer acquisition, operations, and financial performance, leveraging AI for product development and growth.
