The Chief of Staff will support the Managing Director of AI, driving AI transformation, designing automated systems, managing client engagements, and ensuring effective delivery and operational strategies within the organization.

Lead the technical delivery of AI/ML systems for enterprise clients, build and manage an engineering team, and shape AI strategies while ensuring systems run effectively.

Lead end-to-end AI transformation engagements: diagnose opportunities, craft pragmatic roadmaps, build 0-to-1 prototypes, deploy AI tooling, and own client outcomes. Combine strategy, hands-on product development, executive communication, and business development to deliver working, scalable AI solutions.
