Support the Eastern & Southern Africa Hub in communications: draft articles, social posts, and newsletters; update website content; maintain media archives and content calendar; track analytics and compile performance data; and assist with branding and storytelling under supervision.

Lead identification, development, and management of grant opportunities for HOT's Asia-Pacific hub. Own prospect research, proposal and concept note development, donor engagement, grants calendar, compliance, reporting, and relationship-building to secure approximately $1M annually. Collaborate with regional and global teams, represent HOT externally, and support post-award management and donor stewardship.

Lead fundraising and donor engagement across East, Southern, West and Northern Africa. Research and manage grant pipeline, write and coordinate complex proposals, oversee grant lifecycle and reporting, build donor relationships, strengthen regional BD capacity, and improve proposal processes to secure $2M annually.
