Assesses operational risks, culture, reliability, and management systems; facilitates diagnostics and workshops; conducts root-cause analyses; supports operating model redesign and integrated management systems; and helps clients implement measurable improvements. Works with executives, operational leaders, and frontline teams across complex, regulated, and high-consequence environments.

Drive client impact by owning project workstreams from problem definition to recommendations. Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, build executive-ready deliverables, facilitate client workshops, mentor junior staff, and support business development using Innosight methodologies and generative AI.

Leads large-scale Workday and enterprise transformation engagements for commercial clients. Serves as executive advisor, oversees program delivery, governance, budgets, risks, margins, and client satisfaction, and guides geographically dispersed consulting teams. Advises leaders on workforce, finance, supply chain, procurement, operating models, AI, automation, and Workday roadmaps. Develops talent, supports business development, manages strategic relationships, and drives additional consulting opportunities.
