Lead technical vision and execution as a founding CTO: build the product from MVP to scale, make architecture and stack decisions, hire and mentor engineers, establish engineering practices, ensure security and reliability, and represent technology to founders and investors.

Manage and grow client relationships for multiple marketing accounts, coordinate campaign execution across paid media, SEO, content and email, report on KPIs, run client check-ins and strategy calls, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure retention and performance.

Perform high-volume outbound prospecting (80–120 calls/day), qualify leads, book meetings/demos for AEs, track activity in CRM, handle objections, and meet KPIs.
