Teams at Hyperbound

Design end-to-end UI/UX for an AI-driven sales platform across web, Chrome extension, analytics, and learning modules. Lead discovery, prototyping, user research, and design system work to translate transcripts, audio, and AI scoring into clear, actionable coaching and agentic workflows for enterprise customers.

Provide Tier 1/2 technical support, run onboarding (configure integrations and workflows), partner with account managers on implementations and demos, monitor usage and resolve adoption blockers, surface product feedback, build documentation and automate repetitive workflows to shorten time-to-value.

The Partnerships Manager will manage reseller and affiliate relationships, ensuring partner success and driving adoption of Hyperbound's services while developing new partnerships.
