Collaborates with Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams; tracks timelines, deliverables, content effectiveness, and go-to-market metrics. Represents the company at trade shows and other events.

Leads Icertis' corporate communications, public relations, media relations, executive visibility, paid media, internal communications, and social media strategy. Oversees external PR agencies, develops integrated communications plans, creates compelling narratives from complex technology concepts, and partners with marketing and HR teams to align external reputation with employee communications and engagement.

Provides executive-level legal technology advisory services to General Counsel, CLOs, and legal operations leaders. Advises customers on contract transformation, AI-driven contract intelligence, governance, compliance, risk management, and legal innovation. Supports enterprise sales opportunities, develops ROI and business cases, contributes to solution design and RFPs, influences product strategy, and represents Icertis at industry events and customer engagements.
