Leads the development of HR analytics and workforce intelligence from the ground up. Builds Power BI data models, dashboards, compensation insights, governance standards, and automation roadmaps. Partners with HR, IT, and executive leadership to improve data integrity, reduce manual reporting, and support workforce, talent, compensation, compliance, and strategic planning decisions.

Develops and maintains manufacturing processes, routings, work instructions, fixtures, and equipment. Improves efficiency, quality, cycle time, yield, and costs through automation, Lean methods, time studies, workflow analysis, and design collaboration. Conducts feasibility studies, supports engineering change orders and product introductions, resolves production issues, works with vendors and customer engineering teams, and mentors technicians and junior engineers.

Plans, coordinates, and executes cross-functional programs and projects from initiation through completion. Manages timelines, scope, resources, budgets, risks, communications, documentation, and performance metrics. Partners with stakeholders and leadership to ensure program alignment, accountability, compliance, and successful delivery. Leads process improvement and change management initiatives while supporting operational excellence in office and manufacturing environments.
