Develop and optimize high-performance, multithreaded Java web applications for large-scale enterprise systems. Work with NoSQL (Cassandra), caching (memcache/geneva), shell scripting on Linux, and focus on performance tuning, OO design, and strong algorithms/data structures.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by collaborating with customer service and technical teams. Develop and maintain web applications using Perl, front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript), shell scripting on Linux, and SQL. Use JIRA, Git, and Apache for issue tracking and deployment support.

Provide Windows systems and web-application administration including SQL Server backend support, IIS deployment, VMware operations, Active Directory/LDAP tasks, XML/XSLT handling, production support and ticket resolution, and communicate technical issues across the organization.
