Lead as the primary liaison between the Online Store and the client InfoSec team. Provide guidance on engineering projects, drive updates and ticket resolution for time-critical deployments, and manage information security program activities in a fast-moving e-commerce/software environment.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by collaborating with customer service and technical teams. Develop and maintain web applications using Perl, front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript), shell scripting on Linux, and SQL. Use JIRA, Git, and Apache for issue tracking and deployment support.

Develop, design, configure, and support Oracle Agile PLM applications using Java. Contribute to PLM application design and configuration, work onsite in Santa Clara, and complete required background checks.
