Leads clinical trial material supply chain activities for global oncology programs, including forecasting, inventory management, sourcing, packaging, labeling, distribution, returns, destruction, and IRT systems. Oversees external packaging, depot, courier, CRO, and distribution partners while ensuring GMP/GDP/GCP compliance. Collaborates with Clinical Operations, CMC, QA, QC, Regulatory, Finance, and Program Management to mitigate supply risks and support timely delivery of investigational drugs to clinical sites.

Leads IDEAYA’s integrated investor relations and corporate communications function, advising the CEO, CFO, executive team, and Board. Responsibilities include investor engagement, earnings materials, corporate narrative, executive messaging, media relations, internal communications, reputation and crisis communications, disclosure compliance, and milestone communications. The executive will build the function from the ground up, hire and develop a team, manage external partners, and support the company’s transition from clinical-stage to commercial-stage biotechnology operations.

Lead global supply chain operations across clinical and commercial products, including demand and supply planning, procurement, logistics, inventory optimization, ERP management, and risk mitigation. Drive S&OP, maintain lot and batch traceability, ensure cGMP and regulatory compliance, manage cold-chain logistics, and use analytics to improve forecasting and operational performance. Collaborate with Clinical, Commercial, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and IT stakeholders while leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.
