Own and grow channel/vendor partnerships to drive revenue and customer acquisition. Identify, onboard, and manage partners; align with sales, marketing, and product teams; analyze partner performance and optimize programs; and expand the partner network while supporting partner enablement and collaboration.

Serve as a strategic technical consultant in pre-sales for Access Management and CIAM. Conduct technical discovery, design IAM architectures, run workshops, support presales demos/POCs, contribute to RFPs/Proposals/SOWs, and align solutions with security frameworks like Zero Trust while collaborating with sales and engineering.

Design and optimize Auth0 architecture, add operational telemetry, debug production issues, migrate custom databases to Auth0 best practices, write and debug Auth0 Actions/Rules/Hooks or middleware, author technical documentation, and collaborate in a distributed IAM-focused team.
