Manage client relationships and support wealth management activities, including portfolio analysis, trade execution, account maintenance, alternative investment reviews, performance reporting, portfolio recommendations, client meetings, investment advice, and quarterly reviews. The role supports Managing Directors and Partners while delivering customized financial strategies and responsive client service.

Supports the inorganic growth pipeline through Salesforce management, sourcing research, sales-cycle execution, mutual diligence, advisor relationship development, and home-office visit coordination. The role also develops process documentation, reporting tools, models, and campaign tracking while coordinating internal teams and third-party recruiters. Responsibilities require strong organization, communication, critical thinking, data management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced wealth management environment.

Support CEOs and Partners in managing wealth management client relationships through portfolio analysis, trade execution, account maintenance, investment research, performance reporting, asset allocation recommendations, and client communications. Provide investment advice, prepare client meetings, address servicing needs, conduct quarterly performance reviews, and develop customized financial strategies for existing and prospective clients.
