Supports wealth management partners with money movement, account creation and maintenance, portfolio performance updates, database management, and ad hoc projects. Communicates with clients about asset transfers and account opening, participates in market education, and ensures compliance with operational policies and confidentiality standards.

Supports full-cycle recruiting by partnering with hiring managers, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines and ATS records, and managing candidates through offers. The role also tracks recruiting data, supports process improvements, and assists with recruiting events, internship programs, and university partnerships. Candidates should have 1–3 years of recruiting experience, strong organization and communication skills, ATS proficiency, and experience with proactive sourcing.
