Volunteer Salesforce Architect to design and implement Health Cloud solutions, lead integrations (APIs, MuleSoft), configure Salesforce products (Service, Experience, Lightning), support users and BAs, produce technical documentation, and guide technology roadmaps and releases.

Volunteer product specialist to drive product lifecycle: requirements gathering, market and competitor research, roadmap and roadmap execution, prototyping requirements for engineering, cross-functional planning, timelines, go-to-market strategy and product launch. Initial assignment includes launching a fundraising campaign. Remote, part-time (minimum 4 hours/week) with weekly standups.

Volunteer QA/BA engineer will write and review requirements, create and execute test plans (manual and automated), develop automation scripts, track and report defects and QA metrics, perform regression, liaise with developers/product, and support testing processes for a healthcare appointment platform.
