Lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution of cybersecurity analytics, threat detection, behavioral analysis, and SOC workflow products. Partner with engineering, customers, field teams, and strategic partners to deliver enterprise security capabilities, AI/ML-assisted investigations, integrations, and competitive positioning. Build and mentor a product management team while overseeing products involving network flow data, security analytics, detection and response, and Zero Trust technologies.

Lead and grow Illumio’s outbound Account Development Representative team. Responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, pipeline generation, sales messaging, sequence development, process optimization, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Enablement. The role requires building scalable inbound and outbound programs, improving lead quality and conversion, and using sales technology and AI-enabled workflows in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

Lead expansion and upsell programs for existing SaaS customers: build campaigns (email, in-product, ABM, events), partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify upsell triggers, design sales plays, package new modules, run experiments, and own expansion metrics and conversion performance.
