Develop and integrate deep-learning computer vision and perception algorithms for autonomous vehicles. Develop motion planning and decision-making algorithms for autonomous vehicles. The role involves applying optimization, reinforcement learning, guidance, and related techniques, with coding in Python and C++. Candidates need at least three years of algorithm engineering experience and an advanced degree or equivalent background in a quantitative field. The position is full-time and on-site in San Jose, with opportunities for growth toward team leadership.

Develop high-performance C++ services and libraries on Linux for real-time systems integrating AI, hardware interfaces, and sensor data. Optimize CPU, memory, I/O, concurrency, and build performance; debug multithreaded issues; write tests; apply sanitizers and static analysis; and contribute to CI pipelines and developer tooling.
