Provides first-line legal guidance on data sharing, privacy, information security, consumer financial regulations, and product development. Advises on FCRA, GLBA/Regulation P, CCPA/CPRA, opt-outs, retention, privacy notices, vendor risk, incident response, and automated decision-making. Partners with Product, Engineering, Data, Security, Compliance, and business teams while drafting agreements, consents, notices, and regulatory documentation.

Leads the Risk Engineering team responsible for real-time authorization, fraud decisioning, underwriting pipelines, and third-party risk integrations. Owns technical strategy, roadmap prioritization, distributed-system reliability, vendor decisions, and cross-functional alignment. Develops and retains senior engineers, manages Staff-level contributors, and maintains technical credibility through hands-on engagement and AI-assisted engineering evaluation.

Build Imprint’s data storytelling function from the ground up. Mine payments, merchant, and card-member data using SQL, dbt, Python, and statistical analysis; identify and publish rigorous, compelling stories; maintain reproducible analytical infrastructure; establish narrative strategy and publishing cadence; and collaborate with communications, marketing, product, data science, and leadership.
