Develops and documents electrical and system-level verification tests for complex electromechanical medical devices. Performs hands-on troubleshooting, failure investigation, root-cause analysis, and laboratory testing using electrical test equipment. Creates test methods, fixtures, protocols, and technical documentation while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering and quality teams. Supports embedded hardware verification, test automation, product improvements, and compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

Develop and lead strategic, employee, leadership, and change communications for business units and senior leaders. Advise stakeholders on messaging, audiences, timing, risks, and communication effectiveness. Translate complex business priorities into integrated communication plans and high-visibility content, including presentations, town halls, announcements, and updates. Partner with HR, Legal, and Corporate Communications on sensitive initiatives while measuring engagement and improving communication strategies.

Lead systems engineering for Smart OR and surgical visualization products. Define product capabilities, system architectures, integration strategies, interfaces, and traceable requirements. Translate customer, clinical, business, and regulatory needs into testable requirements and workflows. Partner with engineering, UX, marketing, quality, and regulatory teams from concept through commercialization while supporting product roadmaps, technology evaluation, risk assessment, and verification and validation.
