Supervise daily manufacturing across assembly, inspection, material handling, and packaging. Lead approximately 20 employees through scheduling, training, performance management, and hiring. Develop production plans, monitor staffing and operational metrics, ensure quality and safety compliance, and coordinate issue resolution with Engineering, Quality, Supply Planning, Finance, Purchasing, and Research and Development.

Leads trade show and event marketing strategy and execution for Stryker’s Peripheral Vascular business. Responsibilities include selecting priority events, managing logistics, exhibits, budgets, vendors, agencies, briefing materials, lead tracking, VIP engagements, sponsorship opportunities, and post-event performance analysis. Partners with marketing and cross-functional teams, develops project plans, negotiates with service providers, and travels approximately 30–40%.

Designs and implements PCBA, ICT, functional, and electromechanical manufacturing test solutions for medical devices. Leads process verification, equipment qualification, validation, Gauge R&R, DOE, capability analysis, fixture and instrumentation development, troubleshooting, and corrective actions. Partners with design, manufacturing, suppliers, and contract manufacturers on design-for-testability, design-for-manufacturing, new product introduction, and production readiness.
