Complete a three-month sales academy learning prospect research, cold calling, outreach, objection handling, and incident.io’s product. Work live accounts as a Business Development Representative, generate meetings, and build foundational technology sales skills. The role is designed to convert successful participants into permanent BDRs and support longer-term advancement into account executive, account management, or customer success roles.

Sell incident response software to large enterprise accounts, especially engineering leaders, CTOs, and other technical buyers. Manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, conduct demos with Sales Engineers, build business cases, prospect into accounts, multi-thread opportunities, and close six-figure ACV deals. The role also involves contributing customer and market feedback to Product, helping build sales processes, and collaborating closely with leadership, Product, SEs, and Customer Success.

Leads and scales the BDR organization by hiring, training, coaching, and performance-managing representatives. Owns team pipeline targets, improves prospecting plays, communicates market insights to sales, marketing, and product, and serves as marketing’s partner for campaigns and events. Builds career pathways into broader go-to-market functions and develops AI-enabled approaches to modernize BDR work.
