Teams at Industrial Electric Manufacturing (IEM)

Processes customer orders for the sales team by reviewing paperwork, entering orders and materials into INFOR, resolving discrepancies, handling order changes, coordinating with internal parties, and supporting incoming calls. The role requires strong organization, communication, accuracy, prioritization, time management, and multitasking in a manufacturing environment.

Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with customer orders, material availability, and manufacturing capacity. Coordinate with production, fabrication, engineering, supply chain, and customer service teams; monitor ERP-based manufacturing activities; identify bottlenecks and delivery risks; adjust schedules for shortages and expedited orders; and support lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.

Supports quality assurance and ISO 9001 systems across manufacturing operations. Analyzes quality metrics, conducts audits and corrective actions, develops manufacturing procedures, facilitates root-cause problem solving, and applies Six Sigma, SPC, PFMEA, and other quality tools. The role collaborates with engineering, production, suppliers, and other divisions to improve product quality, manufacturability, compliance, and continuous improvement for electrical distribution systems.
