Teams at Industrial Electric Manufacturing (IEM)

Manage the full lifecycle of a high-value enterprise customer program, aligning forecasts, production capacity, inventory, delivery, quality, pricing, and service-level performance. Coordinate cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders, resolve purchase order and field service issues, analyze demand and volume trends, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires strong program management, supply chain, inventory, demand planning, ERP, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills in a manufacturing environment.

Supports quality assurance and ISO 9001 systems within a manufacturing environment. Analyzes quality metrics, authors reports, optimizes manufacturing processes, conducts audits and corrective actions, and applies Six Sigma, SPC, PFMEA, and other quality methodologies. The role collaborates with engineering, production, suppliers, and other divisions to improve product quality, manufacturability, compliance, and continuous improvement for electrical distribution systems.

Owns the enterprise supply plan and rough-cut capacity planning within the S&OP cycle. Leads supply reviews, identifies capacity and supply-demand constraints, and develops mitigation scenarios. Partners with Operations, Demand Planning, Procurement, and Materials teams to align production, materials, and service targets. Oversees plant master scheduling alignment, maintains ERP planning parameters and capacity models, tracks supply KPIs, and leads supply planners to optimize inventory and product availability.
