Lead the Sales IT product team to define and drive product roadmaps, prioritize features, manage global resources, and deliver CRM and sales technology enhancements. Partner with business stakeholders to enable revenue growth, implement governance and change management, leverage AI and analytics, and ensure platform health and cross-functional alignment for enterprise-scale sales systems.

Lead and manage multiple New Product Introduction and product operations projects end-to-end. Coordinate cross-functional and geographic teams, develop project plans, improve workflows, track status with stakeholders, and deliver product roadmap objectives on schedule and with quality.

Define architecture and reference designs for large-scale AI infrastructure and networking (GPU clusters, training/inference, multi-cloud). Lead customer engagements, partnerships, automation, and publications to shape AI platform and operational best practices.
