Lead One Legal's marketing function—brand, growth, product marketing, and communications—to drive growth, market leadership, and expansion. Own multi-channel campaigns, lifecycle programs, and product launches; build reporting and attribution across Salesforce and HubSpot; partner with Product, Sales, and Operations; recruit and mentor the marketing team and manage budget and martech stack.

Coordinate between customers and field agents to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment; handle inquiries/escalations; meet productivity goals; track orders and generate reports; improve tracking systems.

Provide remote, Pacific Time client support for One Legal users: resolve inquiries via phone and written communication, maintain Salesforce records, guide clients through the platform, advocate for product improvements, meet KPIs, assist onboarding, and contribute to operational improvements and de-escalation.

Serve as first point of contact for law-firm clients, delivering phone/email/chat support, troubleshooting software issues, tracking cases to resolution, using CRM and support tools, escalating as needed, documenting interactions, and gathering customer feedback to improve products and meet KPIs.
