About the role

One Legal, an InfoTrack Company is seeking an experienced Account Executive who lives our company values of customer-centricity, striving for ambitious goals, and respect for colleagues and clients. As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for seeking out new customers, and communicating how One Legal can help them improve internal efficiency, close the deal, and set them up for ongoing success.

You'll be responsible for growing and owning a pipeline of opportunities and for the successful onboarding and initial growth of deals that you close. Success in this role will, therefore, require that you are passionate about delivering excellence through every step of the sales relationship.

This is a full-time, base salary plus commission, hybrid position based out of our San Francisco office with regular in-office presence required 3 days a week. Most work is conducted via phone and video, with in-office collaboration as part of the hybrid schedule. The role may also require occasional travel to company-sponsored events and conferences approximately 3–6 times per year.

This is a full-time, competitively salaried position with a starting annual base salary of $75,000, plus uncapped commission earning potential.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities across your territory from initial interest through their first month of using our technology.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge about our target market of law firms and legal professionals and learn about the challenges they face that our software can solve.
  • Work opportunities that have been qualified by our Sales Development Team, as well as those that you have sourced yourself through research and direct outreach.
  • Use consultative sales techniques to identify process inefficiencies and offer your prospects impactful solutions.
  • Sell remotely using sales tools that include Salesforce, Dialpad, Zoom, and ZoomInfo.
  • Be responsible for onboarding your new sales. At InfoTrack, sign-up is just the beginning; as a transactional business, your role includes setting up the account, training them, and helping them to place their first orders.
  • Understand your targets and critical metrics and perform against your quota.
  • Partner with Marketing and Customer Success to develop onboarding plans and strategies that lead to the rapid adoption and usage of our services.
  • Continue developing your knowledge and understanding of our product, our customers, and the most effective sales tactics and strategies.
  • Contribute to the success of the team and the company.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Must be willing and able to work a hybrid schedule, with a minimum of three days per week in our San Francisco office.
  • 2-3 years as a B2B Account Executive or similar, selling software to professional services buyers.
  • Experience prospecting and hunting for new business.
  • A consistent record of over-achievement versus targets and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Good understanding of the consultative sales approach and appreciation of the value of building trust-based relationships with your prospects.
  • You're a confident communicator and skilled presenter. You enjoy delivering live product demonstrations via video conferencing.
  • You're technically adept and experienced with web technologies. Ideally, you've previously worked selling SaaS solutions.
  • Familiarity with the main tools and tactics of selling. You've used a CRM to track and manage your work (ideally Salesforce).
