Deliver onboarding and training for medical personnel at client sites, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and certifications. Assess trainee readiness, update training materials, monitor onboarding milestones, maintain training records, and collaborate with client leadership and HR to improve training effectiveness and workforce readiness.

Provide primary medical care within a multidisciplinary team: examine, diagnose, treat, perform minor procedures, manage follow-up, preventive counseling, recordkeeping, and consult with mid-level practitioners. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for commercial, federal, military, and state contracts, sourcing Physicians, healthcare professionals, and C-level executives. Build candidate relationships, draft and post job ads, screen and scout candidates, maintain assignment status, coordinate with managers, participate in meetings/training, and perform other duties to meet staffing goals in a fully remote role.
