Deliver onboarding and training for medical personnel at client sites, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and certifications. Assess trainee readiness, update training materials, monitor onboarding milestones, maintain training records, and collaborate with client leadership and HR to improve training effectiveness and workforce readiness.

Provide primary medical care within a multidisciplinary team: examine, diagnose, treat, perform minor procedures, manage follow-up, preventive counseling, recordkeeping, and consult with mid-level practitioners. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Process payroll tasks including entering timesheets in Paycom, auditing timekeeping, onboarding new hires, maintaining personnel/payroll records, running billing, supporting payroll projects, and performing related administrative duties in a remote role.
