Lead commercialization and GTM execution for Inovalons Real World Data (RWD) portfolio. Define commercial strategy, pricing, launch playbooks, market segmentation, and performance metrics. Drive cross-functional alignment, voice-of-customer programs, competitive intelligence, and inorganic growth evaluation (M&A/partnerships). Represent RWD externally at conferences and with analysts; track post-launch adoption, pipeline, and revenue outcomes.

Design, architect, and implement custom enterprise ServiceNow solutions and integrations. Own feature releases, monitoring, and platform health. Customize UI, workflows, catalogs, and knowledge bases. Deliver integrations via REST/SOAP, LDAP, SSO and Mid Server. Provide technical leadership, mentor peers, translate business needs into solutions, and ensure regulatory/HIPAA compliance.

Lead design and build a modern employee capability and growth ecosystem using product-minded, data-driven, and AI-enabled approaches. Own immersive learning strategy, leadership development, performance management, onboarding, ERG alignment, and measurement of program impact. Partner with executives and People teams, manage a small team and vendors, and drive adoption and continuous improvement to improve organizational capability and business outcomes.
