Leads enterprise healthcare interoperability strategy, operations, connectivity, and strategic partnerships. Establishes operating models, roadmaps, KPIs, governance, and partner ecosystems across EHRs, HIEs, QHINs, payers, providers, and data networks. Translates regulatory and technical requirements into scalable capabilities, supports product and commercial growth, oversees investments and agreements, and builds high-performing teams. Requires executive leadership in healthcare data exchange, interoperability standards, regulatory strategy, operations, partnerships, and technology commercialization.

Leads the payer business unit’s sales strategy, revenue growth, market penetration, client satisfaction, and margin performance. Builds and scales high-performing sales teams, establishes forecasting and performance disciplines, develops go-to-market strategies, and integrates commercial capabilities including marketing, communications, partnerships, and proposals. Partners with executives on strategic initiatives, market positioning, risk management, and financial performance across a complex healthcare technology environment.
