Provide customer service and office administration support for service, sales, and training operations: track orders and schedules, process orders, maintain website, manage training rosters and certificates, administer route service, and prepare sales reports. Serve as a client-facing liaison with strong follow-up and communication.

Relationship-driven B2B sales and account management role calling on senior facilities professionals to generate leads, schedule qualified discovery meetings, qualify needs for first aid, AEDs, training and emergency provisions, and guide customers through the engagement and closing process. Home-based with assigned territories (Seattle, San Francisco, Texas, New York).

Manage full-cycle order fulfillment (credit, sales orders, invoicing, A/R), purchasing and production. Interface with clients, vendors and partners; solve day-to-day problems. Supervise office, production and warehouse staff and handle administrative and operations management tasks.
