Teams at Institute on Aging

Provide non-medical in-home care for older adults and adults with disabilities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, mobility assistance, meal preparation, feeding, light housekeeping, medication reminders, companionship, and transportation or accompaniment. Work schedules include part-time, full-time, short, 12-hour, weekend, and live-in shifts. Caregivers must meet registration, background-check, health-clearance, work-eligibility, language, experience, and physical-lifting requirements.

Provide in-home and facility-based personal care for older or disabled adults including bathing, dressing, meal prep, medication reminders, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, errands, companionship, and dementia or hospice support. Communicate with staffing and client service managers and follow service requirements and safety protocols.

Provide administrative and program support for the Enrichment Center: manage referrals, tours, enrollments, client records, billing/attendance, transportation coordination, vendor and supply management, compliance/audit readiness, and daily team communication to ensure smooth operations for seniors and adults with disabilities.
