Manage a book of commercial insurance accounts (general/manufacturing) for retention and new business. Lead account team, handle policy administration, renewals, claims, billing, AR, carrier submissions, and maintain agency systems. Provide proactive client service, negotiate coverages, ensure data accuracy, and follow company policies and continuous improvement practices. Requires active P&C license.

Provide administrative and customer service support to account teams and producers for commercial lines. Manage policy documents, endorsements, renewals, submissions, account receivables, system data, and client communications while supporting underwriting, contract review, and process improvements.

Support account team with administrative and client-service tasks for commercial insurance accounts, including policy processing, billing reconciliation, data entry, document preparation, and activity monitoring. Maintain agency systems, ensure quality and compliance, communicate workload/status, and contribute to continuous improvement and team culture.
