Lead end-to-end M&A activities including strategy, target screening, valuation, due diligence, deal negotiation, and post-deal integration. Manage cross-functional diligence, build financial models and valuation analyses, prepare executive presentations, and support deal sourcing and pipeline management.

Lead and grow strategic partnerships with hyperscalers and model/platform providers (e.g., Microsoft, Anthropic). Design joint GTM and co-engineering plans, expand co-sell revenue, translate client needs into integrated platform/LLM solutions, own executive partner relationships, and align Product, R&D, Marketing, Industries, and Sales to scale Intapp Celeste across enterprise IT estates.

The Corporate Development Associate will support M&A strategy, conduct market research, build financial models, manage due diligence, and help implement integration plans.
