Lead the strategy, development, and delivery of high-impact AI product demonstrations for Celeste. Build agent-based prototypes, integrations, playbooks, scripts, and sample data hands-on; identify emerging product capabilities; and present memorable keynote demos to business and technical audiences. Extend demo impact through recordings, published assets, and enablement for sales and solutions consulting teams. Collaborate closely with product, marketing, sales, and leadership to refine compelling business narratives.

Manages revenue accounting operations, including ASC 606 contract analysis, revenue allocations, month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, audits, financial disclosures, and SOX controls. Leads process improvements, researches accounting standards, mentors staff accountants, and collaborates with Finance, Sales, Legal, and executive stakeholders. Requires progressive accounting experience, strong GAAP and revenue recognition expertise, CPA licensure or candidacy, and proficiency in NetSuite, BlackLine, and advanced Excel.

Supports product marketing operations through KPI tracking, dashboard development, reporting, and ad hoc analysis. Measures content adoption, seller engagement, sales play utilization, pipeline influence, and win-rate differences. Synthesizes field feedback, call intelligence, and deal outcomes into actionable insights for PMM and sales leadership. Maintains weekly and quarterly reporting cadences, identifies anomalies and blockers, and recommends areas for investment or improvement.
