Leads software deployments, implementations, customer training, technical documentation, help desk support, and product utilization analysis for PMRT software in government environments. Develops training plans and online help content, assists users by phone and email, documents software issues, coordinates with development teams on outages and anomalies, and ensures support materials remain aligned with product releases. The role requires strong communication, analytical, writing, customer support, and DoD financial or program management experience.

Provides financial and technical consulting for a DoD program and financial management system. Responsibilities include structuring financial data, reconciling multiple systems, reviewing forecasts and accounting data, supporting government financial offices, and delivering customer training. Requires at least five years of DoD acquisition, finance, financial management, program management, or related experience, plus a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. U.S. citizenship and eligibility for classified information access are required.

Develop and optimize Oracle databases for high-volume government applications. Responsibilities include data modeling, database architecture, SQL and PL/SQL development, performance tuning, testing, production support, reusable database object development, technical design, code-quality standards, peer reviews, documentation, and CI/CD integration for database changes. The role may also contribute to Java Spring Boot microservices and Angular/TypeScript front-end applications while collaborating with development, DevSecOps, design, and analytics teams.
