Build and operate scalable data, analytics, and AI platform solutions. Responsibilities include DataOps pipeline reliability, data quality, Kafka-to-Azure Event Hubs migration, CI/CD automation, monitoring, observability, Kubernetes deployment, incident response, and production troubleshooting. The engineer will maintain existing applications, support platform health and reliability, participate in on-call rotations, and document work for contract transition.

Manage full-cycle recruiting across technical and business functions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate closing. Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and recruiting strategies, proactively engage passive talent, build pipelines, track recruiting metrics, and improve processes. The role requires strong organization, communication, sourcing, relationship-building, and independent execution in a fast-paced environment.

Conduct KYC and AML risk operations, including onboarding, fraud risk reviews, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring investigations, SAR writing, and enhanced due diligence. Apply knowledge of AML systems, workflows, typologies, and industry practices while exercising sound judgment on KYC, sanctions, SAR, and process matters. Collaborate independently and with multiple teams, communicating with business partners in China in fluent Mandarin and English.
