Lead and optimize full-cycle, high-volume field recruiting across regions. Develop recruiting strategy, oversee operations, implement process and technology improvements, use data to drive hiring outcomes, coach and grow a distributed recruiting team, align talent acquisition with business needs, and support employer branding and client contract requirements.

Lead regional recruiting for the Bay Area, managing a team to deliver high-volume staffing, ensure compliance, build sourcing and employer-branding strategies, manage recruitment budget and vendors, develop metrics, train recruiters, and frequently travel to support operations.

Deliver classroom and practical security training, develop curricula and materials, assign and schedule personnel, maintain compliance and training records, and provide analysis and recommendations for training programs. Conduct exercises including firearms, defensive tactics, and first aid instruction; travel and variable duty hours required.

Supervise and support unarmed security officers protecting critical assets at client sites. Work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays; perform prolonged standing and walking; enforce security procedures and maintain professional presence. Training and clearance sponsorship provided.

Provide armed/unarmed security for critical facilities and personnel, perform patrols and standing/walking duties, follow enhanced security procedures, attend rigorous training, work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, and support client-specific security plans.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple locations: partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews and assessments, manage ATS records, perform background/reference checks, deliver offers, and support onboarding. Travel to nearby facilities weekly.
