Owns product marketing for Fin’s priority industries and Enterprise segment. Develops vertical and segment messaging, trust narratives, sales materials, web content, demos, sales plays, and campaign messaging. Partners with sales, demand generation, integrated marketing, and R&D to translate customer insights into campaigns and product requirements. Measures messaging effectiveness through field feedback, conversion signals, and rep confidence. Requires strategic thinking, technical AI fluency, strong writing, editorial judgment, and cross-functional execution in a B2B SaaS environment.

Lead the Solutions Marketing team in positioning Fin’s AI customer support product for target audiences and enterprise buyers. Manage solution marketers, develop audience-specific messaging and content, support ABM campaigns and sales cycles, build customer intelligence and competitive enablement programs, and partner with Product Marketing, Enablement, executives, and revenue teams to increase deal effectiveness and ARR growth.
