Work directly with the CEO and CTO to recruit exceptional talent, expand talent networks, close priority hires, and drive company-wide execution. Own critical initiatives, resolve operational bottlenecks, improve decision-making, establish hiring and execution reviews, and use AI tools to improve sourcing, reporting, and follow-through. The role requires hands-on recruiting, strong judgment, analytical communication, discretion, and the ability to deliver measurable results in a fast-growing AI and fintech company.

Leads the entire marketing function for an AI platform serving credit unions and community banks. Owns positioning, product marketing, demand generation, ABM, content, events, analyst relations, brand, sales enablement, pipeline contribution, and marketing metrics. Builds a small senior team, shapes pricing and product roadmap decisions, represents the company publicly, and establishes category leadership for agentic financial services technology.

Build and own end-to-end production modules for an AI-native fintech platform using LLMs. Ship weekly releases, create evaluation harnesses to verify model outputs, and maintain quality in live banking environments. Work on-agentic and conversational AI systems in a fast-paced, on-site San Francisco team.
