The Vice President will build and manage a pipeline of transformational philanthropic prospects, developing $100M+ partnership opportunities and leading sophisticated donor pitches. The role will strengthen foundations and trusts fundraising, collaborate with executive and program leadership, shape Campaign 2033 strategy, represent IRC externally, and lead a global Foundations & Trusts team. Success requires deep philanthropic ecosystem knowledge, major-gift fundraising expertise, strong narrative and relationship-building skills, disciplined pipeline management, and the ability to close complex, high-value partnerships.

Designs multilingual, self-paced learning experiences and multimedia content for refugee and newcomer audiences across web, mobile, and social platforms. Responsibilities include instructional design, video and graphic production, accessibility compliance, translation coordination, contractor management, user testing, content performance analysis, and project reporting. The role requires strong Adobe Premiere, InDesign, and Canva skills, adult learning experience, digital accessibility knowledge, and the ability to manage concurrent projects on strict timelines.
