Optimize the self-serve funnel from click through activation and sales handoff, create campaign creative and landing pages, manage developer-native placements, and build reporting tied to pipeline and revenue. Partner with marketing, sales, and GTM engineering to target accounts, coordinate outreach, and measure multi-touch attribution, brand lift, and acquisition efficiency.

Own Inworld’s product positioning and messaging for realtime voice AI. Translate engineering releases into sales language, maintain proof libraries and competitive comparisons, create benchmarks and technical content, and build repeatable product launch motions. Partner closely with engineering, research, sales, product, and developer relations while writing for technical audiences and engaging directly with customers. The role requires on-site work in the South Bay several days per week.

As a Staff/Principal Platform Engineer, you will build, secure, and scale AI products, manage cloud infrastructure, integrate CI/CD pipelines, and enhance developer workflows with automated tooling.

Lead product strategy and execution for Inworld's realtime voice and multimodal AI products. Drive 0->1 developer experiences, translate research into scalable APIs, build prototypes and production features with engineering, synthesize partner feedback into roadmaps, and work with executives and researchers to launch consumer-scale realtime AI capabilities.

As a founding Solutions Engineer, you will lead technical discovery, run POCs, and ensure successful customer integration while collaborating with product and revenue teams.

The GTM Lead will manage sales processes, translate customer needs, build credibility, and shape the GTM strategy at Inworld.

Lead critical, senior full-cycle technical searches end-to-end; advise founders and hiring managers; build pipelines for AI/engineering/research talent; use data and AI tools to optimize hiring; improve recruiting processes and mentor team; represent company externally.
