Build and optimize high-volume, real-time inference systems for speech and language models. Responsibilities include improving model serving with quantization, batching, caching, attention, and decoding techniques; developing high-performance GPU systems; scaling distributed inference across Kubernetes and multi-node environments; profiling and optimizing code; containerizing models; and ensuring reliable production operation.

Own a portfolio of customer accounts, managing renewals, expansion, technical relationships, account health, business reviews, and escalations. Serve as a trusted technical contact, understand customer deployments, coordinate with Sales, Product, Solutions, and Engineering, and communicate customer feedback internally. Use CRM, customer success tools, and AI tools to improve account research, meeting preparation, follow-up, and account management.

Lead and build Inworld’s post-sales Customer Success and Account Management function. Own retention, renewals, expansion, customer outcomes, strategic enterprise accounts, forecasting, lifecycle processes, tooling, and AI-enabled automation. Establish the operating model, recruit and coach the initial team, manage executive relationships, and partner cross-functionally to drive adoption and translate customer needs into product priorities.

Build Inworld’s executive voice, social presence, employer brand, and AI-native content engine. Ghostwrite for founders and technical leaders, manage LinkedIn, X, and YouTube, engage developer communities, repurpose launches and technical materials, and create systems for consistent content production. The role requires hands-on writing, editing, publishing, audience growth, technical interviewing, and effective use of AI tooling. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area and work onsite several days weekly.

As a Staff/Principal Platform Engineer, you will build, secure, and scale AI products, manage cloud infrastructure, integrate CI/CD pipelines, and enhance developer workflows with automated tooling.

This role involves optimizing inference performance, managing high-performance systems, scaling models, and full-cycle ownership from research to production in a fast-paced environment.

The GTM Lead will manage sales processes, translate customer needs, build credibility, and shape the GTM strategy at Inworld.

Design and implement scalable ML systems, optimize models for production, and collaborate with teams to develop AI applications.
