Own paid acquisition across paid search, paid social, ABM, retargeting, display, and developer-focused awareness campaigns. Optimize the self-serve funnel from click through activation and sales handoff, create campaign creative and landing pages, manage developer-native placements, and build reporting tied to pipeline and revenue. Partner with marketing, sales, and GTM engineering to target accounts, coordinate outreach, and measure multi-touch attribution, brand lift, and acquisition efficiency.

Own Inworld’s product positioning and messaging for realtime voice AI. Translate engineering releases into sales language, maintain proof libraries and competitive comparisons, create benchmarks and technical content, and build repeatable product launch motions. Partner closely with engineering, research, sales, product, and developer relations while writing for technical audiences and engaging directly with customers. The role requires on-site work in the South Bay several days per week.

As a Staff/Principal Platform Engineer, you will build, secure, and scale AI products, manage cloud infrastructure, integrate CI/CD pipelines, and enhance developer workflows with automated tooling.
